Torzsi re-signs contract with MOUZ
When asked why torzsi had made the decision to stay with MOUZ, he replied: “I just believe in what we have here. I feel really confident with my teammates and also with the organization. It is a pleasure to play here in MOUZ on the server, but being in the team outside of the server is also really easy with the help we got from MOUZ. So, when I got the offer for re-signing, I was really happy.”
Torzsi’s association with MOUZ began in 2021 when he joined the organization as part of the new MOUZ NXT roster. Which would become the best Academy team of its time right from the start. Hailing from Hungary, the young talent quickly made his mark, showcasing his skills, determination, and willingness to learn during. One of the standout moments for torzsi in NXT were the two victories at the WePlay Academy League that he achieved alongside his teammates.
The transition to the main roster in 2022 brought with it both highs and lows for torzsi. As is often the case in competitive gaming, challenges and setbacks are part of the journey. However, torzsi weathered the storm alongside his MOUZ teammates, gaining invaluable experience.

“I am working on my individual form but also a lot with my teammates. We are trying to figure out what is working best for me and best for the team. It is really a healthy environment with Dennis our coach and Ole with our sports psychologist, and they help me a lot in different ways when it comes to working on my routines or giving me feedback after practices or a tournament.”, torzsi said in 2023.
One significant achievement occurred at the Major in Rio 2022, where MOUZ, reached an impressive third place finish. The tournament served as a testament to the team’s resilience and skill.
Amidst the ups and downs after the Major in Rio, torzsi found his strength anew in the middle of 2023. It was during this period that he seemed to hit his stride, showcasing exceptional performance, and adapting seamlessly to the challenges thrown his way. The introduction of CS2 appeared to suit torzsi well, further elevating his gameplay and contributing to the team’s overall success.

Looking ahead, MOUZ and torzsi express optimism about their future together.
“I am really confident of what we have here. I just trust in having the right pieces, and we will build something spectacular. At the moment it is a little bit difficult because we don’t have a fixed 5th, but I am sure we will figure that out as soon as possible after the Blast World Finals. We will be ready for the upcoming major and other tournaments as well!”
The multi-year contract signifies a commitment to continued collaboration and shared goals, as torzsi continues to evolve as a player.
