Oldřich “PR” Nový’s career path is a testament to the value of patience, hard work, and continuous development. He first made his mark under the MOUZ banner as part of our esteemed MOUZ NXT academy program, where his raw mechanical skill immediately stood out. During his time in the academy, PR laid the groundwork for what would become a highly promising professional career.

Gaining Invaluable Experience with GamerLegion

To take the next crucial step in his development, PR transitioned to GamerLegion. During his time there, he gained invaluable experience competing in high-stakes, tier-one environments against some of the world’s most formidable rosters. Now, a more seasoned and complete player, he brings that wealth of competitive experience back to MOUZ.

Our organization has closely followed PR’s trajectory and bringing him back into the fold aligns perfectly with our long-term strategic vision. Jan Dominicus, CBDO of MOUZ, emphasized the significance of this signing, stating:

“I am very excited about PR’s return. Not only does he fit the position very well, but he has also known our team for a long time, and our team knows him just as well. We initially came close to promoting him from our NXT team, but ultimately decided to bring in additional experience for the roster. Now, 18 months later, PR has proven he can compete at the highest level, and we are looking to take the next step together. It also makes us proud that we are able to integrate another player from our NXT project, bringing us back to 4 of our 5 players, plus our coach, having come through our own ranks. A great testament to our continued commitment to player development.”

PR: “Ready to Compete for Trophies”

For PR, the return to MOUZ represents both a homecoming and an opportunity to reach the absolute pinnacle of Counter-Strike. Sharing his thoughts on the reunion, he said:

“I am incredibly happy to be back at MOUZ. My time with GamerLegion was amazing for my personal and professional growth, and I am thankful for the experience I gained there, but MOUZ has always felt like home to me. I’m stepping into this roster with more experience, confidence, and hunger than ever before. I want to achieve great things with this team, and I can’t wait to get onto the server with the boys and start competing for trophies.”

With PR officially locked into the roster, the team is already practicing again and preparing for the upcoming season. The first tournament with the new roster will be BLAST Bounty Season 2 starting July 21^st.
