In parallel, esports icons like StarCraft II pro Gabriel “HeroMarine” Segat, sim racer Maximilian Benecke, and Street Fighter stars Benjamin “Problem X” Simon and Samuel “EndingWalker” Arm held an engaging Q&A session, sharing their stories and insights with attendees.
Behind-the-Scenes Tours
One of the event’s standout attractions was the exclusive guided tour of the MOUZ headquarters. Fans, in small groups, got a rare glimpse of the training facilities, cutting-edge equipment, and the inner workings of one of esports’ most iconic organizations.
Hands-On Gaming Experiences
The Free Gaming Area, powered by Razer, gave visitors a chance to test the latest gaming gear and compete in fan-favorite titles like Street Fighter, EA FC 25, and Mario Kart. For racing enthusiasts, the sim racing section featured high-performance simulators where attendees could virtually race in the BMW M4 GT3, coached by champion Maximilian Benecke. Together, fans clocked nearly 3,000 virtual kilometers!
A Thrilling Showmatch
Capping off the day was a MOUZ vs. MOUZ NXT showmatch, played in front of a packed crowd of 100 fans in the arena. With the match also live-streamed to thousands of viewers online, it brought a competitive and celebratory close to the event.
The event’s success was made possible by the support of key partners such as Razer, HanseMerkur, BMW M Motorsport, PUMA, and PANKAI. Fans walked away with more than memories, as goodie bags, raffle prizes, and an autograph session ensured the day was as rewarding as it was exciting.
This event is just the beginning for MOUZ’s new Hamburg headquarters, which aims to become a central hub for esports fans and the local community alike.
Reflecting on the event’s success, MOUZ CEO Stefan Wendt shared:
“We want to open our doors to the public and make esports tangible. Our goal is to position esports more prominently in society and break down barriers or prejudices.”
