Your tasks

• Planning, coordination, and execution of events at the MOUZ HQ
• Project-related budget planning and calculation
• Organization and coordination of external service providers
• Development, elaboration, and execution of marketing concepts for the hosted events
• Development, elaboration, and execution of accompanying communication measures for the events
• Management of social media channels related to the events
• Acquisition of project partners and service providers for events
• Ongoing communication with media, partners, and personalities from the event and communications industry

Your profile

• Completed training in the event sector or a comparable degree with a focus on event management
• Structured, flexible, and independent working style
• Experience in project management
• Confident demeanor towards partners and clients
• Ability to present concepts persuasively
