Giveaway Campaign Overview

  • Prize Pack: 1x 2 Tickets for The Counter-Strike Cologne Major VIP Package (includes Hotel accommodation and standard Travel within the European Union).
  • Eligibility: Open strictly to EU Residents aged 18 and older. Worldwide entries are void.
  • Entry Method: Follow the official @mousesports TikTok account AND leave a comment on the designated mousesports TikTok Video. Limit one (1) entry per person.
  • Campaign Period: 05.06.2026 at 16:00 CEST to 09.06.2026 at 23:59 CEST.
  • Winner Selection: Chosen completely at random from all eligible comments.
  • Notification: The winner will be contacted via their TikTok Inbox on 10.06.2026.
  • NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Sponsor
The sponsor of the Counter-Strike Cologne Major VIP Package Giveaway is mousesports GmbH, located at Glockengießerwall 1, 20095 Hamburg, Germany (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
The Counter-Strike Cologne Major VIP Package Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of countries within the European Union (EU) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void outside the European Union and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of mousesports, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Agreement to Rules
By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant (“You”) agrees to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.

4. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on June 5, 2026 at 16:00 CEST and ends on June 9, 2026 at 23:59 CEST (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter
To enter, You must:

  1. Leave a comment on the official mousesports TikTok video associated with this giveaway.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per TikTok account. Entries that are incomplete, use multiple accounts, or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

6. Prize
One (1) winner (the “Winner”) will receive the following prize package for themselves and one (1) guest:

  • 2x Tickets for The Counter-Strike Cologne Major VIP Package.
  • Hotel accommodation (one standard double room) selected by the Sponsor.
  • Economy class flights or standard rail travel from a major transport hub near the Winner’s residence within the EU to Cologne, Germany (capped at a maximum travel value of €1000 total for both travelers).

Companion Requirements: The Winner’s guest must also be a legal resident of the EU and at least eighteen (18) years of age.

The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
The Winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries. The Winner will be notified through their TikTok Inbox on June 10, 2026. Note: Entrants must ensure their TikTok privacy settings allow them to receive direct messages from the Sponsor.

If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours from the time the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

8. Publicity Rights
By accepting the prize, the Winner grants the Sponsor the right, where permitted by law, to use the Winner’s TikTok handle, name, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes relating to this Sweepstakes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

9. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR)
The Sponsor collects and processes personal data (TikTok handle, and subsequently the Winner’s name, address, date of birth, and travel details) strictly for the purpose of conducting this Sweepstakes and fulfilling the prize, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Data will not be shared with third parties except those strictly necessary for prize fulfillment (e.g., hotels, airlines). All personal data collected for this Sweepstakes will be deleted within 30 days after the prize has been successfully fulfilled, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise. 10. Limitation of Liability
The Sponsor is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of the Sponsor or its legal representatives or vicarious agents. For damages resulting from slight negligence, the Sponsor is only liable in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the Sweepstakes and on the observance of which the entrant may regularly rely. In this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. Any further liability for damages is excluded.

11. Right to Modify or Cancel
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

12. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflicts of law rules. If the entrant is a consumer, this choice of law applies only to the extent that the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence. Exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes is the registered office of the Sponsor, provided the entrant is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.

13. Platform Disclaimer
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to TikTok. By participating, you agree to completely release TikTok from any and all liability related to this Sweepstakes.
